Is this the new must try? Perhaps on your chicken wings?
How did a car become a sauce, you ask?
Enter the Mustang Mach-E 1400 salsa
The idea comes from two car aficionados. Thanks to Vaughn Gittin Jr. and Sean Evans, now there is a Ford sauce. Just as the car itself, this is hot. Indeed, it’s the latest, hottest buzz. Perhaps too much?
The inspiration comes from the model itself. In fact, both creators said that they used the smoke, charred earth, and screaming of the Mach-E to create the salsa. Which perfectly matches the chicken wings, with a flavor and spice that builds and builds. Until it might be too much.
No doubt, this marketing rouse is one of the smartest ones we have seen so far.
The specs of the car
So, this Ford Mustang deserved its own sauce. It must be special. First and foremost, this is still a prototype. A model designed to turn heads.
As Ford writes in its press release, “[this is] all-electric road rocket that shows just how much performance can be harnessed without using a drop of fuel. Coming hot on the heels of the 1,400-horsepower (1,419 PS) all-electric Mustang Cobra Jet 1400, this one-off Mustang Mach-E with its seven electric motors and high downforce is ready for the track.”
The Mustang Mach-E 1400 uses electric propulsion to reach 1,400 peak horsepower (1,419 PS) and, thanks to the seven motors, this car has a downforce of 1,000 kg at 257 km/h (160 mph). Furthermore, it features a 56.8-kilowatt-hour battery.
The battery is just as innovative as everything other details of the Mach-E 1400. In fact, it’s made of “nickel manganese cobalt pouch cells for ultra-high performance and high discharge rate.” Plus, the battery cools during charging time. It uses a di-electric coolant to decrease the time of wait.
While this is just a prototype, the Ford Mustang Mach-E 1400 is already impressive. Indeed, as hot as the sauce. And as delicious as the chicken nuggets.
